From its inception in 1999 EACH pledged itself to work towards a community in which every individual was a valued citizen with full and equal access to what their community offers, and choice in how they participate in community life.

The way we went about honouring that pledge was expressed in our first Strategic Plan. It was a grand vision but no easy task. Over the past few years of attempting to turn our vision into reality EACH has earned a reputation for its service scope and quality.

EACH remains committed to its community focus and the constant improvement of its service provision.

The President: Mr Les Smart

In 2007, Mr Les Smart was elected chair of the Board of Management. He succeeded Mr Frank Tinney, who was the Chair since EACH and its Board were constituted in early 1999. Frank was the president of the Board of Maroondah Social and Community Health Centre, one of the amalgamating organisations that became EACH, for many years prior to 1999.
