Waiting list
Priority is given to people who are most in need and experiencing disadvantage. Emergency appointments are allocated each day to ensure those people most in need are provided with care.
There is usually a waiting list for general courses of treatment and for denture care. We continually work through the waiting list to ensure everyone receives the care they need. Therefore, please let us know if you have received dental care elsewhere and no longer need to remain on the waiting list.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so that we can allocate the time to others who may require urgent attention.
If you don’t notify us of your inability to attend, a fee of $10.00 will be charged for any missed appointments.
You will be reallocated to the waiting list if you fail to notify us of your inability to attend on two consecutive occasions.
