Refund policy

Refund information applies ONLY to fee-paying students, not to those enrolled under the Productivity Places Program.

Refunds are available to students on the following basis:

  • Cancellations received 2 weeks prior to the course commencing will result in a full refund of fees minus a 10% administration charge
  • Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the course begins will result in an 80% refund of fees minus a 10% administration fee
  • Cancellations in the first half of the course will result in a 50% refund of fees minus a 10% administration fee
  • After the first half of the course, no refund.

Please note that the refund applies to the amount actually paid for the course, which may be less than the full course fee if the student has been offered a concession rate.

Refunds for courses funded in part or in full by the Department of Education and Training are provided in line with the 2006 Government Funded Training Places Program Fees and Charge Policy, a copy of which is available from the Administration Manager.

Where EACH Training cancels a course or delays its commencement by more than four weeks, all fees will be reimbursed unless alternative arrangements suitable to the participant are made.
