  1. Project Management Fundamentals ($295.00)

    This 2-day short course is a generic introduction to the major aspects of managing projects for non-managers. This course uses plain language to cover the core topics, including:

    Scoping the Project
    Project Plan
    Project Team
    Project Risk Assessment
    Project budget
    Purchasing & procurement
    Project communication
    Project Quality Management
    Problem resolution

  2. Train the Trainer ($295.00)

    This 2-day short course is a generic Introduction to the major aspects of managing projects. This course is aimed at non-managers & uses plain language to cover the core topics, including the following:

    What is learning
    Identifying learning needs
    Setting the learning standard
    Adult learners
    Being an effective presenter
    Planning your session
    Preparing learning activities
    Checking for understanding
    Providing effective feedback

  3. Mental Health Training ($150.00)

    This 2-day short course is a generic Introduction to the major aspects of working within the mental health sector. This short course provides enough learning to enable participants to begin working/volunteering in the sector equipped with a basic level of knowledge & skills, or, enable others to decide whether a career, &/or more formal study in MH is the next step for them.
