eachChoice Personnel is a creative and responsive agency service providing trained, professional and caring support staff to community service organisations in the Eastern Region of Melbourne.

We offer skilled, reliable staff who understand and care about your clients. eachchoice personnel is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for all.

eachChoice Personnel is a service of eastern access community health, a not for profit community service organisation.

With over 30 years experience in the field, we understand your business. Our qualified placement coordinators offer you prompt and reliable service.

What can our staff do?

Our staff are available to provide:

In-home Support
Personal support and independent living skills such as personal care, meal preparation, general home assistance.

Community Access
Transport to medical appointments, social outings, shopping, etc.

Respite Care
Community or in-home respite support to carers. For example, help with light household tasks, companionship, supporting an individual with accessing recreation, leisure and cultural activities.

Sleepovers or Active Nights
We can provide a support worker to be available for duty in a client’s home.

Skills Development
Assisting others in developing skills to undertake basic and routine household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, etc.

Support for Group Activities
Supporting clients in day programs that will allow them to fully participate in the activity.

Care for Children
Supporting children with additional needs in a safe and flexible environment including childcare settings.

Home Care Service
Home cleaning, ironing, shopping, and other light household tasks.

Our direct support workers

We maintain an up-to-date database of skilled staff for a quick response to your needs. All staff have extensive experience/and or qualifications in community services including disability, mental health and child care.

We ensure that each person holds a:

• Current Police Records Check;
• Working with Children Check;
• Level 1 First Aid Certificate; and
• Current Driver’s Licence.
