EACH Employment have job seekers with disabilities who are ready to return to the workforce who are very keen to find meaningful work and the opportunity from an understanding employer who has a philosophy of wanting to give a person a go.

As a non government organisation funded by the commonwealth government, that has worked in the community more than 25 years we offer a free service to help people between the ages of 15 and 65 years of age who want to work 8 hours of work or more a week.

Services

We are funded through the Disability Management Service for job seekers with a Disability, injury or health condition who are not expected to need long term support in the workplace.

Employment Support service for job seekers with a Permanent disability and who require long term regular support in the workplace.

We help you access services you may need to help you with your medical needs or mental health condition, Mental health services, physiotherapists, community support services, Drug and alcohol services etc..

We help you develop your resume and application Letters, training development, presentation guidance and funding for work tools.

Vocational guidance counselling and provide information on job and education in job shortage areas, traineeships, apprenticeships and government funded courses. EACH Employment helps you find the job you want.

EACH Employment is Accredited under the Disability Employment Quality Association and we ensure you are receiving all the support you need to help you into employment. We inform you of your rights and responsibilities, assist you with your Centrelink requirements and develop an Employment Pathway plan with you.

We work one on one with you to and assist with your work preparation, an employer Liaison officer will help find you a job and the post placement support worker will help you stay in your job.

Once you have started work your post placement support worker will keep in touch with you to ensure you have the support you need to keep in employment and address any concerns you may have..

With your permission we can chat to your employer to help sustain the working relationship.
