Mood Regulation & Identity for Young Men
Our Psychological Strategies program provides individual and group counselling for people of all ages with or at risk of developing a mild to moderate mental illness.
The program has a Mood Regulation & Identity for Young Men Support Group being run in Ringwood over February.

- Learning evidence-based tools to regulate your feelings and mood
- Exploring what is important (values) to you and who you are
- Move towards a life that is meaningful for you
