Opportunity Plus is a shop in Ringwood which sells quality goods to the public and offers vocational training and volunteering opportunities. At Opportunity Plus, we promote the rights and opportunities of each person, each family and each community.

Who are we?

Community Inclusion Support Services (CISS is a division of EACH. Working together with individuals and their families CISS provides support and assistance to:

• People living with a disability;
• People experiencing a mental health issue;
• People with complex care needs including dual disabilities, substance use, justice issues and homelessness;
• People dealing with the everyday effects of getting older and feeling isolated; and
• Carers and family members.

Social opportunities

Being involved in Opportunity Plus will help build your social skills through:

• Meeting new people and developing friendships;
• Sharing knowledge and interest with others; and
• Developing interpersonal and communication skills.

What Opportunity Plus volunteers can do

A team of volunteers manage the day to day operations of the shop.

The team at Opportunity Plus:

• Strengthen opportunities to educate and engage the local community about health and community services;
• Contribute to a friendly, supportive team;
• Develop skills in customer service and retail;
• Use creative skills in pricing, sorting and displaying stock; and
• Assist the public with selection and purchasing.

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm.  Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm
