Youth Connections assists young people to stay at school, get into TAFE or other training and improve their connection with their family and community.

Youth Connections provides:

  • flexible, individualised case management
  • information and referral to other community services (such as drug and alcohol, counselling, mental health services, etc.)
  • opportunities to be involved in youth focussed activities
  • family support and mediation

Youth Connections is a partnership between EACH and Tenterfield Family and Youth Support Service.

Referral Process

Referrals to the Youth Connections program can be made by self-referral, family or parent, schools, training providers, youth workers, etc.

When a referral is received, one of our Youth Support Workers will contact you to confirm eligibility and gather any additional information required to identify the appropriate type of service for the young person's individual needs.

To make a referral, complete the Youth Connections Referral Form and forward to our Armidale office.
