New Horizons is self-advocacy and mutual support group for adults with an intellectual disability.

It is a group for people of all abilities to:
  • speak up for themselves
  • make real choices
  • learn new skills
  • ensure that their rights and interests are respected and realised
  • support each other
Support with transport can be provided.

This program offers:

  • ​Meet new friends
  • Hear from guest speakers
  • Take part in discussions
  • Participate in activities in the community
  • Attend forums and special events
  • Learn new skills

Who can access this program?

This program is available to adults with an intellectual disability living in the outer east suburbs of Melbourne.

What does it cost?

There is a cost for membership, which is provided upon request, please get in touch with us for more information.

When can this program be accessed?

​Administration Monday to Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm) Group runs Wednesday fortnightly (4.00pm – 8.00pm)
