Golden Wattle House - Social Activities Program

Golden Wattle House plans and runs social and recreational activities for older isolated people, and older people with a disability. Golden Wattle is a purpose built homestead in Healesville with glorious views of the Yarra Valley.

Activities include health and wellbeing programs, art , shopping trips, ten pin bowling, gardening and general outings.

Who can access this program?

The program is open to older adults living in the Shire of Yarra Ranges who may be isolated, with or without a disability and who are eligible,CHSP,HCP and HACC, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander aged 50 years.

What does it cost?

Fee dependent on activity.

When can this program be accessed?

​This program can be accessed Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.​​
