This service provides treatment for adults with musculoskeletal, neurological and respiratory conditions to help them achieve a better quality of life.

Our physiotherapist will assess a person's condition and then develop an appropriate treatment plan with them. This may include education, manual techniques, self-management techniques, home exercises and referral to community exercise.

Clinic sessions are not ongoing and are for a limited time only. There is a strong emphasis on self-management.

This program offers:

​Conditions treated include arthritis, muscle weakness, joint stiffness, mobility and movement disorders, decreased fitness and inactivity, chronic respiratory conditions, pain related disorders, neurological conditions (e.g. Multiple Sclerosis), balance problems and lymphedema.

Who can access this program?

Everyone in the community is welcome to access our physiotherapy service however priority will be given to those with a Health Care card/Pension card; or with complex medical conditions; otherwise consultation fees are income dependent.

What does it cost?

$11.00 – Health Care/Pension Card holders and people on low incomes. $18.00 people on medium incomes. Clients who have care packages will be charged differently.

When can this program be accessed?

Appointments are available between Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
