Mental health problems can affect your ability to manage daily activities and to live independently.

At EACH, we understand that mental illness can be debilitating and lifelong. And we know that it can be experienced by anyone and it affects families and cares.

Our broad range of community-based programs provide tailored psychological and counselling therapies offering support, treatment and recovery for children, young people, adults experiencing mental health issues.

Services are confidential and available for a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, family violence, addiction, victims of violent crime, sexual and physical assault, grief and loss, stress management and other life difficulties.

We provide flexible, responsive options for families and carer’s caring for or living with a family member with disabilities or chronic illness.

Our services include:

  • Individualised support
  • Group activities i.e. music, art, recreation, and self-development etc
  • Culturally safe support for all communities including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
  • Supporting you to access the NDIS
  • Interpreters can be arranged
  • Linkages to specialised and non-specialised services i.e. Gabler’s Help, headspace, medical services etc.
