After 13 impactful years, the statewide Nursery Equipment Program (NEP) will no longer be delivered by EACH after October 2023. Following thoughtful consideration, our decision not to retender to deliver the program stems from an organisational strategic realignment.
We take pride in aiding numerous vulnerable Victorian families in accessing vital nursery equipment to support their child’s wellbeing. We are grateful to have partnered with the Victorian Department of Health to deliver the program.
We also acknowledge our Victoria-wide Maternal and Child Health (MCH) local government area nursing partners, Aboriginal organisations, and logistical support channels – suppliers and installers.
We extend our full support to the program’s new provider, Kidsafe, and will work with the Department of Health to ensure a seamless transition.
The EACH NEP Portal will close as follows:
NURSES
Nurses can place orders with EACH up until 31 October 2023.
Only “view access” will be available from 1 to 30 November 2023 to view and query past orders.
VENDORS – (SUPPLIER/ASSEMBLES/INSTALLERS)
The EACH NEP Portal will remain open for completing any orders, including invoicing, until 30 November 2023.
This access will become “view only” from 1 to 31 December 2023 to view and query any records and reconcile the orders and payments.
