Our strategy 2024–2028

At Each, we’re focused on creating a better future for all Australians – a future where everyone has the power to live well, no matter their situation.

Our 4-year strategy sets out how we'll provide better care and support across Australia.

Our focus for the future

Good health and wellbeing depend on many things, like having a home, enough money and feeling connected to others. That’s why we’re expanding our services and finding new ways to support our communities.

6 ways we’re making things better

Creating an amazing place to work
We want to attract and keep skilled people who are passionate about making a difference in our communities. Our goal is to build a diverse team that reflects the communities we serve.
Providing a strong customer experience
We're making our services better, easier to access and more connected. We are also working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to build health and wellbeing.
Doing things differently
We're testing new approaches to care and support. Through our Innovation Hub, we’ll trial and develop better ways to support people's health and wellbeing.
Measuring what works
We gather evidence to show how our work makes a difference and to help us improve. We’ve established a 5-year partnership with Monash University to support research on effective community-based care and support.
Speaking up for change
We use our experience to call out where systems need to improve. We advocate for positive social change and better funding and support, especially for those who need it most.
Growing sustainably
We're expanding our services to help more people in more places. By 2028, we expect to double in size and offer more services across Australia.
