Equity, diversity and inclusion

Our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion shapes how we deliver care and support to our community, every day.

Your background, culture, identity and circumstances shape how you live and how you experience healthcare.

Creating a workplace where everyone belongs

Every person brings unique strengths, perspectives and experiences that make our organisation better. We want all our staff, students and volunteers to feel valued and supported to be themselves at work.

We work to remove barriers and build teams that reflect the diverse communities we serve. This helps us better understand and support the people who need our services most.

We're building an inclusive workplace where:

Everyone can bring their whole self to work each day.

  • Icon of arrows going in two directions

Diverse perspectives and experiences are valued.

Our people have the support they need to do their best work.

All staff members have equal opportunities to grow and develop.

Fair and equal pay

At Each, we are committed to fair and equal pay, and report our gender pay gap to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA). Transparency helps us learn, track progress and continually improve.

Our gender pay gap in 2024–2025 was 9.7%, close to the previous year’s result of 9.5%. This stability reflects consistent and fair pay practices across our organisation.

We will continue to strengthen our results through clear and transparent pay practices, regular pay reviews and benchmarking, listening to our people, and inclusive policies such as flexible work and parental leave.

These actions support our commitment to pay equity and to fostering a workplace where opportunities and outcomes are fair and inclusive for everyone.

Learning and improving

We listen to and learn from the people and communities we serve. Your feedback helps us improve our services and break down barriers to care.
