Shout out to Aboriginal & Torres Strait Youth aged 12 – 18 years in Knox and Maroondah!
Join us to develop your songwriting skills, produce and record a song with one of our best Aboriginal rappers in the business.
Learn and be inspired by Phillip Murray, aka PHILLY, a proud Wemba Wemba man. Philly has been creating, performing and recording music since he was 13. His music is very powerful, motivating and gets you up singing and dancing. Philly will be running the workshop with his producer and special guest. You will get the chance to produce a song with Philly about the importance of connecting to culture, youth issues and health wellbeing.
This is an amazing opportunity for you, our young mob, to educate everyone about our stories, history, indigenous voices, people and culture.
