On Thursday, 25th June 2020, our Ngarrang Gulinj-al Boordup – Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing Team were proud to witness the historical signing of a memorandum of understanding between The Victorian Aboriginal Health Service (VAHS) and EACH.
The Team joined VAHS CEO, Michael Graham and EACH CEO, Peter Ruzyla to formalise the innovative partnership and to develop a longstanding relationship where we will work together across the Eastern and Northern regions of Melbourne to support and address the specific health needs of Indigenous Communities.
It is an honour to have our Ngarrang Gulinj-al Boordup – Aboriginal Health and Wellbeing Team join forces with the Integrated Team Care at VAHS to provide a collaborative response to improve the health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community in prevention and management of chronic health diseases.
We want to thank VAHS’s Board of Management, CEO Michael Graham and the staff from both ITC programs at VAHS and EACH Ngarrang Gulinj-al Boordup.
