EACH are looking for new members for our Community Advisory Committee

Who are EACH?

EACH is a not for profit organisation that works to improve health, wellbeing and community participation. EACH is committed to co-design with community members to ensure our services and systems are inclusive and accessible for everyone.

Who can apply?

Current or future user of EACH services
Current or future carer of someone who uses EACH services
Member of the community in an area where EACH services are located.

What would a Committee member be doing?

Provide input based on life experiences to support EACH to:

  • Monitor, review and improve services and the systems that support these
  • Identify gaps in service need or issues of concern in the community
  • Identify any barriers to access and inclusion for diverse community groups.

Is there any support or payment?

Payment of $30. 00 per hour is provided for meeting involvement. This is made through a voucher and not in cash.

Any other support needs will be discussed.

When does the committee meet?

Meetings will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of:
January, March, May, July, September and November

Time: 5.00pm – 6.30pm.
Venue: EACH Head Office Building 2/ 254 Canterbury Road, Bayswater, Melbourne

How long would I have to be a member?

We would like you to join for two to three years.
Any changes to this can be arranged with Heather McMinn.

What if I cannot attend meetings in Melbourne?

Members from outside of Melbourne can be supported to participate through Skype or other arrangement if needed in discussion with Heather McMinn.

What support is available to members?

Committee members are supported by Heather McMinn,
Inclusion and Diversity Manager, through:

  • Discussion of the committee process and meeting information
  • Organisation of the meeting payment or support needs
  • Discussion of any questions as needed.
