Peaceful Kids Mindfulness and Positive Psychology Program
Peaceful Kids is a Mindfulness and Positive Psychology based program to lessen anxiety and stress and increase resilience in children.
This program is for primary-school children who suffer from anxiety (does not need to be diagnosed) and gives children the skills, practice and support to utilise coping strategies that lessen the symptoms of anxiety and stress.
This program helps children to build their emotional resilience, so they are better equipped to deal with the day to day stresses that life brings them.

Thursday, 2nd April 2020
TIME: 9.30am-12.30pm each day
Parent/carer involvement is scheduled at the end of each session from 12.15pm-12.30pm (sibling care will be provided during this time)
WHERE: 14 Silver Grv, Nunawading
COST: Free (morning tea provided)
Please note: Children and parent/s are required to attend a pre-group interview scheduled on either:
Tuesday, 3rd March 2020 (appts b/w 1-5pm)
Wednesday, 4th March (appts b/w 9-10am)
Thursday, 5th March (appts b/w 1-4pm)
located at 10 Silver Grv, Nunawading (for GPS use ‘10 Oval Way Nunawading’)
