Peaceful Parents and Peaceful Kids Groups Program
Peaceful Parents and Peaceful Kids are mindfulness and positive psychology based programs aimed at reducing anxiety and stress, and increasing resilience and wellbeing.
This is a unique opportunity where parents will participate in the 4-week program prior to their child attending the 8-week program.
Parents will be provided with practical skills around how to support their child during the Peaceful Kids program, whilst learning strategies to manage stress and anxiety for themselves. The Peaceful Parents program is a pre-requisite for children to participate in the Peaceful Kids program.
The Peaceful Kids program is for primary-school aged children who experience anxiety (does not need to be diagnosed) and gives children the skills, practice and support to utilise coping strategies that helps build their emotional resilience.
