Welcome to our Nutrition & Dietetics Service

We are passionate about food and nutrition science and will be happy to help you achieve your health and nutrition goals.

You might have some ideas about what dietitian’s do, or have had a bad experience in the past, so let’s clear the air right away. The food police …we are not!

Will we take away foods you love? No! A sustainable plan to manage any health or nutrition issue is one which allows you to eat foods you like and achieve your health goals.

Will you feel judged? No! We embrace EACH’s values and welcome you with empathy and hope. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and work together to achieve your goals.

Will we use a lot of medical terms? No! We pride ourselves on being able to take complex medical terms and conditions and simplify them in a way that you will understand.

Will we expect you to buy a lot of fancy food? No! We may suggest ideas for foods you haven’t tried before, but there is no expectation to purchase foods that are hard to source or that don’t fit into the way you already eat.
