The Adult and Family Counselling program offers community health counselling, support and advocacy.

Our qualified counsellors work with you in a non-judgmental way to empower you to achieve your goals through exploring more effective strategies of managing the difficulties you may be experiencing.

  • Grief and loss
  • Depression
  • Family or relationship issues
  • Anxiety
  • Stress

Who can access this program?

This program is available to adults, families and children who are on low income or have a healthcare card and unable to afford private counselling services. People who are living with high prevalence mental health disorders, struggling with family stressor, relationships or grief and loss are welcome to the contact the service.

‚ÄčThis program can be accessed by appointment Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Support is available via telehealth or face-to-face.
