Counselling services provide a range of counselling support services to individuals and families of all ages to help them to improve their health and well-being.
Counselling sessions are undertaken in a supportive and safe environment in which confidentiality is always respected and upheld.
Counselling provides an opportunity to meet with a non-judgemental and professionally trained Counsellor. You will be able to discuss a range of life issues that may affect your ability to get through your day to day life.
We work with you and your loved ones to explore more effective ways of managing the difficulties you may be experiencing.
We provide counselling on issues that include:

Who can access this service?
Our services are available to adults and young people who are unable to afford private counselling services. People who are living with high prevalence mental health disorders, struggling with family stressor, addiction, relationships or grief and loss.

​Services can be accessed Monday to Friday. A limited number of afterhours appointments may be available.
