- Based in Goulburn, on the lands of the Gundungarra, Ngunnawal, Mulwaree, Wollondilly, Wiradjuri, Dharrook, Dharawal, Tarlo, Lachlan, Pajong, Parramarragoo, Cookmal & Burra Burra Peoples
- $32 per hour negotiable + 11.5% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
Each delivers the Early Childhood Approach (ECA) on behalf of the NDIA, providing crucial support to children with developmental delay or disability and their families. Through a family-centred, inclusive model, our ECA teams work collaboratively with families, carers, and the wider community to help children thrive.
Your role, your impact
As our Administration Officer, you’ll be the backbone of a dynamic, purpose-driven ECA team, ensuring smooth operations that allow frontline staff to deliver vital early childhood supports. Your communication, coordination, and attention to detail will directly impact families accessing life-changing services.
Reporting to: Regional Lead
Stakeholders: Internal team members, families, carers, community partners, and the NDIA
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception duties and responding to families and stakeholders with empathy and professionalism
- Coordinating staff appointments, meeting rooms, and fleet vehicle bookings
- Managing inboxes, recordkeeping, and expense reconciliation
- Generating accurate data and preparing reports to support service delivery and decision-making
- Assisting with onboarding, basic IT troubleshooting, and WHS activities

Who we’re looking for
You’re an organised and compassionate professional with the ability to juggle competing priorities while keeping calm under pressure. Your admin experience in a busy, client-facing environment means you're confident with data, systems, and stakeholder interactions.
To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
- Previous experience in administrative support, ideally within a busy team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and client record management systems
- Qualification in office or business administration
- Cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check

- Confidence in process improvement and event coordination
