Family Support Specialist – Empower Families, Make a Difference!
- Based in Kingston, on the lands of the Ngunnawal & Ngambri Peoples
- Part-time (4 days) or full-time, max-term until June 2026
- $80,000 per annum + 11.5% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
Are you passionate about supporting families of children with disabilities and developmental delays? At Each, we’re looking for a Family Support Specialist to help families navigate the NDIS and maximise the support available for their child’s growth and development.
About The Program
- Through the Early Childhood Approach (ECA) program, we support families by:
- Understanding children's development and unique needs
- Finding the right support services for children
- Equipping families with skills to support children's growth
- Connecting families with local community resources

Your role, your impact
- Provide ongoing check-ins and plan reassessments to ensure families receive the right support.
- Empower families to confidently manage and implement their child’s NDIS plan.
- Help set and review individualised goals based on family priorities.
- Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks, and use IT systems effectively.
- Offer compassionate guidance during challenging conversations.

Who we're looking for
- Exceptional customer service and a family-centred approach.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex information.
- Experience in early childhood education, administration, or customer service.
- Knowledge of the NDIS and a passion for supporting families.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use online systems and telehealth tools.
