Are you an experienced BI professional looking for a meaningful role with purpose, flexibility, and autonomy?

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards that support organisational priorities.
- Work with stakeholders to analyse large, complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Promote and support a self-service data culture by enabling non-technical users through training, intuitive visualisations, and accessible tools.
- Monitor data quality and collaborate with teams to address inconsistencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate complex business needs into elegant BI solutions that inform clinical, compliance, and funding reporting.
- Identify key performance indicators, trends, and risks to support service effectiveness.
- Drive automation, process improvement, and documentation for BI systems.

About you
You’re a seasoned data professional who’s:
- Highly skilled in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and data modelling (Microsoft Fabric experience a bonus).
- Strong communication skills and comfortable explaining technical concepts in plain language.
- A proven ability to lead and promote change specifically in the area of data self-service.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and focused on practical, real-world outcomes.
- Self-motivated and looking for a role where trust, flexibility, and autonomy are the norm.
- Aligned with Each’s mission to improve health and wellbeing in the community.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience working with complex datasets and developing interactive BI dashboards.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and data storytelling.
- Proven track record in compliance/reporting frameworks — ideally in health, NFP, or community sectors.
- Sound knowledge of data ethics and best-practice reporting.
Qualifications
- A relevant qualification in Data Analytics, IT, or related field – or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification in Power BI or Microsoft data tools (desirable).
- Additional skills in programming languages such as Python highly regarded.
