Help young people take the first step toward recovery. Be the calm in the chaos.
Each’s BounceBack program provides mental health and wellbeing support for young people aged 12–25. We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Intake Clinician to be the first point of contact for young people and their families, helping them navigate services and access timely support.

Your role. Your impact.
This is a role where clinical skills meet compassion. As a Senior Intake Clinician, you’ll assess referrals, deliver brief therapeutic support, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure young people are connected to the right care at the right time.

Reporting to the Clinical Operational Manager, you’ll:

  • Manage incoming referrals, phone enquiries, and email intake
  • Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed brief support and consultations
  • Complete clinical documentation and risk assessments
  • Facilitate connections to relevant services when young people are ineligible
  • Contribute to team culture, reflective practice, and program evaluation

Who we’re looking for
You’re an organised and grounded professional with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in mental health, AOD, psychology, social work, youth work or a related field
  • Experience supporting young people in fast-paced clinical or community settings
  • Strong risk assessment, intake, and referral skills
  • The ability to engage and hold space for young people and their families during times of distress
  • A team-oriented mindset and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel between Epping and Knox locations

What will make you stand out?

  • Experience in crisis response or brief intervention work
  • Confidence in navigating complex service systems
  • A deep understanding of the challenges young people and their family/carers face today

What’s in it for you
At Each, we’ll support you to be your best with:
Meaningful work that matters – Be the trusted voice at the front door of care
Work-life balance – Flexible hybrid model to support your wellbeing
Multidisciplinary learning environment – Collaborate with a passionate and skilled team
Not-for-profit salary packaging – Maximise your income with tax-free benefits up to $18,550
Professional support – Clinical supervision and reflective practice opportunities
