  • Diploma educator
  • Based in Ringwood, on the lands of the Wurundjeri People
  • $36.24 - $38.72 (4.1-4.4) + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550 

These pay rates include the ECEC retention. The initiative by The Commonwealth Government, which is a temporary, two-year (2) funding to provide a wage subsidy to eligible Early Childhood/Education & Care providers in respect of their award-covered employees.

EACHChild is a service of Each, offering high-quality early childhood education and care from our 122-place not-for-profit centre in Ringwood East. We provide inclusive early learning and kindergarten programs for children up to 5 years of age, creating a safe and welcoming space for every child to thrive.

We’re looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators who bring warmth, knowledge and a genuine love for working with children.

Your role, your impact

Your days will be varied and meaningful, including:

  • Creating and delivering developmentally appropriate educational programs aligned with the NQS and EYLF
  • Supporting families through inclusive, child-centred care
  • Working closely with your Centre Manager to identify developmental and welfare needs
  • Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development

Who we're looking for

You’re a qualified educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, strong communication skills, and experience in long day care across various age groups. You’re confident in your knowledge of early childhood education and flexible to work shifts between 6.30am and 6.15pm on a rotating roster, including short-notice shifts.

You’ll also need:

  • A current Employee Working with Children Check
  • A recent Police Check (within the last 60 days) or willingness to obtain one
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma & CPR certificates
