  • Diploma Educator – EACHChild Ringwood
  • Based in Ringwood, on the lands of the Wurundjeri People
  • $36.24 – $38.72 (Level 4.1–4.4) + 12% Super + Salary Packaging up to $18,550

These rates include the ECEC Retention Initiative – a temporary Commonwealth Government wage subsidy supporting early childhood educators for two years.

Your role, your impact

You’ll help shape young minds through:

  • Creating and delivering educational programs aligned with the NQS and EYLF
  • Providing inclusive, child-centred care and supporting families
  • Collaborating with your Centre Manager to meet developmental and welfare needs
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development

What you’ll bring

You’re a qualified educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, strong communication skills, and experience across age groups in long day care. You’re flexible to work shifts between 6.30am and 6.15pm on a rotating roster, including short-notice shifts.

You’ll also need:

  • A current Employee Working with Children Check
  • A recent Police Check (within 60 days) or willingness to obtain one
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma & CPR certificates
