  • From $55.97 per hour (Level 6 pp1-3) + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

Your role, your impact

As Team Leader, you will guide and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, inclusive, and flexible service delivery. Your leadership will help families and carers access the support they need to thrive.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of practitioners, providing clinical and operational supervision, training, and guidance
  • Develop, implement, and coordinate systems for intake, assessment, client engagement, case planning, intervention, review, and referral or closure
  • Ensure services are customer-focused and meet quality and compliance standards
  • Oversee daily operations of the Family Relationship Centre & Carer Services team, including caseload coordination, team meetings, and supervision
  • Monitor risk and safety concerns through continuous assessment and review
  • Maintain data management, risk reporting, and quality improvement systems
  • Manage client complaints and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate group programs and workshops within the service
  • Support staff with regular meetings, supervision, and professional development

Who we’re looking for

You are a compassionate leader with a commitment to inclusion and quality care.

To be successful in your application, you’ll need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with family law, mandatory reporting, privacy laws, and ethical standards

What will make you stand out

  • Leadership experience in family relationship or carer support services
  • Experience in the Not-For-Profit or health sector
  • Collaborative experience within a leadership team
  • Willingness to seek Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner registration
