Join our Early Childhood Approach team, delivering our Early Supports Program, through family centred, strengths based, evidence informed and best practices in early intervention.

  • Passion – we value your extensive knowledge and understanding of Child Development and you will use this knowledge, holistically in your observations, assessment and professional judgement when working with children and their families.
  • Competitive pay - $85k negotiable, plus generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550   
  • No Billable hours – We focus on quality support.
  • Flexible working – Work fulltime or part time 4 days a week. After full training and caseload, the opportunity to work from home, in the community and agreed days in the office will be offered.

Your role, your impact

  • You will make a difference to family and children’s lives, by partnering with them to build their capacity through supportive coaching. You’ll help parents gain confidence in supporting their child’s development during everyday routines.
  • You will be helping to strengthen children’ s participation and inclusion in their communities by supporting all children’s rights and promoting inclusive participatory environments.

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who have worked in specialist early childhood settings or SSP (Schools for Specific Purposes), and who demonstrate a sound understanding of developmental milestones in early childhood.

Who we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or similar.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Child development.
  • Experience partnering with families and building their capacity to support their child/ren’s development.
  • An understanding or willingness to learn the NDIS Early Childhood approach and the Best Practices in Early Intervention.
