- Part-time (0.6FTE) with flexible/hybrid working conditions
- Based at any Each location in NSW or on the land of the Yuggera/Yagara people (Ipswich QLD) + working within the community
- $110,000 PA Pro Rata + Super + Leave Loading + Salary Packaging of up to $18,550

Your role, your impact
At Each, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and culturally safe environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. As our Cultural Lead, you will play a vital role in embedding cultural perspectives across the organisation, shaping meaningful change, and driving reconciliation efforts.
In this leadership position, you will:
- Provide cultural guidance and advocacy across the organisation.
- Lead the implementation, and monitoring of Each’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
- Deliver cultural education programs to enhance staff cultural competency.
- Build and strengthen relationships with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Communities and organisations.
- Support strategies to increase First Nations workforce representation.
- Coordinate and promote cultural events, ensuring respectful and inclusive participation.
- Contribute to policy development to uphold reconciliation commitments.
- Strengthen and maintain partnerships with Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations (ACCOs), and support internal reporting and accountability for these partnerships.
- Lead start-up projects and initiatives in alignment with cultural priorities.
- Collaborate with Elders and Cultural Advisors to ensure Community-led practice.
Your leadership will help create a culturally safe and inclusive workplace, ensuring Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander voices are heard and valued. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, you will drive positive change and support the long-term sustainability of initiatives that benefit First Nations peoples.
