About the program
Each’s Early Childhood Approach (ECA) – South West Sydney partners with families of children aged 0–9, helping them access supports, information, and community connections through a warm, family‑centred approach.

Your role, your impact
As an Administration Officer, you’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for families and referrers—keeping information accurate, appointments flowing, and our service responsive. Your care and coordination helps families feel heard and supported from day one.

What you’ll do

  • Respond to calls and emails from families, referrers, and stakeholders with empathy and professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate staff calendars using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Create and maintain child and parent accounts in the client management system; ensure records are complete and current.
  • Monitor and triage the intake email inbox; respond or redirect appropriately.
  • Contact families to gather information and support the Intake Team with administrative tasks.
  • Generate data reports from the NDIA business system and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Who we’re looking for

  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook and other office applications.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or currently in progress).
  • Working With Children Check (NSW) and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

What will make you stand out

  • Familiarity with NDIA systems and reporting, or experience supporting intake in a child and family service.

What’s in it for you
At Each you’ll be supported to be your best. We provide:

  • Diversity & belonging – We value all backgrounds, abilities, and identities and are committed to cultural safety.
  • Boost your take‑home pay – Not‑for‑Profit Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 tax‑free per year) plus an extra $2,650 tax‑free for meals and entertainment.
  • Free, confidential support – Our Employee Assistance Program is available for you and your family.
  • Make public holidays work for you – Substitute public holidays to align with your personal, cultural, or religious needs.
