Do you care for someone with mental illness, autism spectrum disorder or intellectual disability without an active NDIS Plan?
Are you a carer living in the eastern metropolitan area – Manningham, Monash, Whitehorse, Maroondah, Knox, Boroondara, Yarra Ranges?
Our Mental Health Respite Carer Support Program has been extended until the end of May 2020, and will provide support to carers transitioning their loved one to the NDIS. This includes resource and referral support.
This event is open to eligibility carers, caring for someone with a diagnosis of mental illness, intellectual disability and/or asd, who lives in the Eastern Region of Melbourne and does not have NDIS funding.
