Our Mental Health Respite Carer Support team are offering free exercise sessions for people who care for someone who is living with a mental illness, Autism Spectrum Disorder or an Intellectual Disability and live in Monash, Whitehorse, Maroondah, Manningham, Knox, Yarra Ranges, or Boroondara.
Please note: These groups are free for Carers who are caring for someone who does not have an NDIS approved plan.
All sessions are supervised by a qualified trainer however you are advised to discuss exercise options with your GP if you have any health concerns.
Sessions will run for one hour during the school term:
Group 1:
Dates: Term One Commencing on 1st February – 29th March 2018
Time: Thursdays, 9.30am – 10.25am
Location: AQUAHUB, 11 Civic Square, Croydon
Group 2:
Dates: Term One Commencing on 31st January – 28th March 2018
Time: Wednesdays, 11.30am – 12.30pm
Location: Monash Aquatic Recreation Centre (MARC), 626 Waverley Road, Glen Waverley
