Our experienced team works with you to create a care plan that fits your lifestyle. As your needs change, were here to adapt, ensuring you always have the support that puts you first.
How we help
Who is it for?
For seniors in specific locations in VIC
This service is for:
- Seniors, aged 65+
- First Nations people, aged 50+
- People in Yarra Ranges, Maroondah, Knox, Whitehorse, Manningham, Banyule, Boroondara, Casey, Darebin, Hume, Monash and Whittlesea, VIC

We are a welcoming space
We create a friendly, private place where everyone feels respected and understood.
We receive government funding so we can provide our support at no cost or for a small fee.
If you have a full pension, you wont have to pay for this service.
If you don't have a full pension, you will need to do an income assessment with Services Australia or the Department of Veterans Affairs. This will work out how much you need to pay.
When your income assessment is done, we'll send you a care agreement that clearly explains your services and any fees.
This way, you'll know exactly what to expect from your care package and how we'll support you.

When you're approved for a home care package, there's usually a waiting period before your care can begin. But you don't have to wait to talk with us about your needs.
You can contact us after your initial My Aged Care assessment. If you are eligible for home care services, we'll discuss how we can help you to live independently at home longer.
Or, if you have your My Aged Care referral code, get in touch and we can start arranging your support straight away.
