The Towards Recovery conference offers an exciting program that will centre on key concepts such as innovation; co-design; hope and recovery; peer leadership; transformation and empowerment.
With so much change, reform and innovation in the mental health space the impact and opportunities in the National Disability Insurance Scheme; the Victorian Government’s vision and implications of its 10 mental health strategy; the recently proposed program of National mental health reforms; consumer choice and control and the carer experience will form the backbone of the 2016 conference.

With local speakers to include Lynne Coulson Barr, Victoria’s Mental Health Complaints Commissioner, National Health Commissioners Jackie Crowe and Rob Knowles AO and Louise Glanville, Deputy CEO Stakeholder Relations at the National Disability Agency, as well as leaders in community managed mental health and primary health spaces, it promises to be a full and engaging two days.
