We provide specialist care for endometriosis and pelvic pain. This guide explains what to expect when you begin your care journey with us.

Before you begin

Step 1: Reach out to our clinic

You don't need a GP referral to access our services. If you're experiencing symptoms like severe period pain, bloating, pain during sex or ongoing pelvic pain, you can contact our clinic directly to book an appointment.

Step 2: Your initial triage call

After you contact us, one of our nurses will call you for a comprehensive discussion about your health history. This important conversation helps us understand your symptoms and concerns before you come in for your first in-person appointment.

Following your triage call, we'll send you a welcome SMS with a link to a short online survey. This helps our team further understand what matters most to you before your visit.

Step 3: Initial consultation

At your first appointment, you'll meet with one of our specialist GPs who will:

  • perform a medical examination if appropriate
  • work toward a provisional diagnosis
  • arrange any tests or investigations needed.

Step 4: Review and planning

After your test results are available, you'll return for a follow-up appointment where we'll:

  • go through your results together
  • discuss possible causes of your pain
  • develop a personalised care plan.

You'll also meet with one of our nurses who will provide resources and guide you through next steps.

Step 5: Your care team

Based on your needs, your care team may include:

  • a pelvic physiotherapist for muscle function and pain management
  • a psychologist for mental health support and pain education
  • a dietitian to explore how nutrition might help your symptoms.

We'll check in regularly to monitor your progress and adjust your care plan as needed.
