An online writing group suitable for adults that takes a creative approach to wellbeing and personal growth.
Writing for Wellbeing is a group that aims to explore ways that writing can foster a sense of wellbeing and support personal growth.
In a supportive online environment, you will have the opportunity to engage in a range of short writing activities to tap into your creativity, focus on self-care and increase mindfulness.
Unless you choose to share your writings, there is no expectation to read aloud anything you have written. This group is suitable for adults. This is not a writing technique workshop, but rather a writing space for self-expression and self-care.
