An online writing group suitable for adults that takes a creative approach to wellbeing and personal growth.
Writing for Wellbeing is a group that aims to explore ways that writing can foster a sense of wellbeing and support personal growth.
This is not a writing technique workshop, but rather a writing space for self-expression, self-care and to increase mindfulness. Unless you choose to share your writings, there is no expectation to read aloud anything you have written. This group is suitable for adults.
In a supportive online environment, you will have the opportunity to engage in a range of short writing activities to tap into your creativity. Each session will start off with one of these exercises to fire your imagination.
