The Better Sleep Program is a 90-minute workshop, delivered by our sleep psychologists, for up to 40 employees.

Choose how you want support
Our fee covers the cost to deliver this service. We do not receive any other funding for this service.
For individuals: oThe fee per session with our psychologist is $200. oA Medicare rebate of $98.97 per session is available for the program through a Mental Health Care Plan that can be issued by your GP.
For groups and organisations: oWe offer tailored packages to suit a range of needs and budgets of your organisation. For more information and to make an enquiry about the cost of our group packages, please contact us via email: bettersleep@each.com.au

For individuals: 1.Our warm and welcoming team can speak with you about the program and whether it's right for you 2.Youll be booked with a psychologist experienced in sleep and insomnia \(50 to 60-minute appointments\). They will work collaboratively with you to help you implement these strategies to support your sleep. 3.Your psychologist will use the evidence-based gold standard treatment for insomnia called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia \(CBT-i\). Treatment is usually short-term, such as 2-8 appointments.
For groups and organisations: 1.We will speak with you to understand what workshop format would be most helpful, such as length, location, and content. 2.We will run a workshop to your team or audience, teaching them about the science of sleep, what might be affecting their sleep, and evidence-based strategies to improve their sleep. 3.We can provide resources and follow-up support as required and agreed to.
For individuals: oCounselling with a psychologist highly experienced in sleep and insomnia treatment oTreatment involves Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia \(CBT-I\) - the gold-standard treatment for insomnia
For groups and organisations oUsually 90 minutes, including personalised Q&A session oRun by psychologists experienced in sleep and insomnia oWe can tailor the workshop to suit your team or audience, including length, location, and content
