The Better Sleep Program is a short, evidence-backed program designed to help you address the underlying causes of your insomnia or poor sleep.

In just three sessions, you’ll receive tailored support from a sleep psychologist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) — the gold standard in insomnia treatment.
