  • Full-time ongoing role, within a dedicated and supportive team environment (Part time is an option for the right candidate)
  • Based in Ringwood, with flexible working conditions on offer, at least 2 days in the office
  • $85-$92K + Super + Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

We’re on the lookout for a naturally curious and driven payroll professional who thrives on digging deep, exploring new possibilities, and offering proactive, solution-oriented ideas. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate, compliant payroll services, address payroll queries, and collaborate with People & Culture (P&C) to look at continuous improvement processes. You’ll also assist with reporting, audits, and stay updated with payroll-related legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate and compliant payroll services.
  • Supporting the fortnightly pay cycle and wage increases based on multiple industrial instruments.
  • Supporting P&C & the business with payroll-related queries.
  • Ensuring data integrity through regular audits.
  • Assisting with relevant reporting, such as ABS and Workplace Gender Equity (WGEA), and year-end processing.

Qualifications
You bring:

  • Knowledge of payroll principles, systems, and regulations.
  • Experience with industrial agreements, taxation, and superannuation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience in large organisations or the Community Health/Not-For-Profit sector.
  • Payroll or Business qualifications, or a related degree.
