Healthy Hub Connect brings together community organisations to improve access to mental health support in northern New South Wales.

About the partnership

The Healthy Hub Connect partnership delivers free or low-cost mental health services that are locally available and tailored to individual needs. Healthy Hub Connect focuses on making mental health services more connected, accessible and responsive across northern NSW.

Healthy Hub Connect is funded by the Australian Government through the North Coast Primary Health Network (PHN).
