New headspace Centre Opens in Rosny Park: a welcoming space for young people and their families.

11 people are gathered behind a desk, in front of a large green "headspace Eastern Shore" sign. Most are wearing green headspace tshirts.
Young people and families on Hobart’s eastern shore now have a new place to turn for mental health support, with the opening of the headspace Eastern Shore centre at 120 Cambridge Road, Rosny Park.

Commissioned by Primary Health Tasmania and operated by Each, the centre is designed to be a safe, inclusive, and accessible environment for anyone aged 12 to 25 seeking support for mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drugs, or work and study challenges.

Reflecting Each’s commitment to altogether better care, Each CEO Natalie Sullivan said: “This new centre offers free services to people aged 12 to 25 and families who are looking for support with mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drugs, or work and study.

Our team has been listening to the local community and working hard to make sure the centre is a welcoming space that will meet the needs of the people who will be using it.

All of our centre staff are experienced in working with young people and are ready to offer support, whether it’s just having a chat or providing expert health and mental health care.”

The centre is located at 120 Cambridge Road, near the Eastlands shopping centre, and is open Monday to Friday with no referral needed. Young people can simply walk in, call, or email to connect with the team.
