Dr Mei Ly
General Practitioner
Dr Mei is passionate about empowering women to take charge of their wellbeing.
She holds a medical degree from Melbourne University, a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and has worked across some of Melbourne’s largest health services.
At the Virtual Women’s Health Clinic, Dr Mei supports women to make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health. She’s particularly interested in education and creating space for safe conversations.

Dr Tara Sudarmana
General Practitioner
Dr Tara is passionate about empowering women with the information and resources they need to make informed choices about their wellbeing.
Holding a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Melbourne, she has a special interest in women's sexual and reproductive health.
At the Virtual Women’s Health Clinic, she provides care across a wide range of women’s health issues, including contraception, menopause, pregnancy choices, and more.

Dr Mila Abbass
General Practitioner
Dr Mila is a GP with more than a decade of experience in women’s health.
She holds a Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a Diploma of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
At the Virtual Women's Health Clinic, Dr Mila supports women across a wide range of sexual and reproductive health issues.

Kim Lucas
Registered Nurse
Kim is a sexual and reproductive health nurse, and the main nurse at the Virtual Women’s Health Clinic.
She’s currently completing a Postgraduate Degree in Advanced Nursing of Public Health, building on clinical experience across Australia, Africa and Cambodia — from operating theatres to rural GP clinics.
Kim’s commitment to improving health outcomes has led to collaborations with universities on research supporting vulnerable communities and advancing health equity.

Lily Grace
Registered Nurse
Lily is a registered nurse with 20 years of experience across a range of clinical areas, including gynaecology, urology, paediatrics, and high-dependency care.
She is a sexual and reproductive health nurse and leads the Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Clinic at Each.
Lily is passionate about supporting women to make informed health decisions through personalised care and education.

Maria Loupetis
Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Lead
Maria began her career in cardiothoracic nursing before discovering a passion for community health through her work at Each.
Motivated to help more people access the care they need, she completed a Masters in Public Health, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and further qualifications in sexual and reproductive health and immunisation.
Today as a nurse practitioner, Maria has a special focus on women’s health and supporting those from refugee and marginalised communities.

Farah Foroozeshkah
Physiotherapist – Women’s Health
Farah is a senior physiotherapist and APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience.
She holds a Master of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and brings extensive expertise in women’s health, pain management, and complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Farrah’s passion for women’s health was sparked by her work with those experiencing chronic pain and pelvic-health challenges. Today, she empowers women through education and evidence-based physiotherapy care.

Jacqui Cousins
Mental Health Nurse/Counsellor
Jacqui is a mental health nurse counsellor with over 20 years of experience in community health, including 15 years working within Each GP clinics.
She holds a Master of Public Health which informs the way she plans and provides care — addressing psychosocial factors that impact a person's physical health.
Jacqui has a special interest in mental health care for people living with chronic illnesses, and those recovering from medical, religious or workplace trauma.

Tanya Stott
Team Leader – GP & Nurse Led Specialty Services
Tanya is a registered nurse and nurse immuniser with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, both in Australia and abroad.
As Team Leader of the GP and Nurse Led Specialty Service at Each, Tanya leads teams offering specialised care in sexual and reproductive health, refugee health, and endometriosis and pelvic pain.
Tanya is an advocate for person-centred care and committed to creating a supportive environment where staff can work to their full scope of practice.
She also holds qualifications in sexual and reproductive health, occupational health, and teaching and assessing.

Andrea McDougall
Manager – Clinical and Complex Care Services
Andrea is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in cardiac care, intensive care, chronic disease management, and diabetes education.
As Manager of Clinical and Complex Care Services at Each, she leads teams delivering GP and nurse-led specialty services, alongside chronic disease programs.
Through person-centred care and evidence-based practice, she is committed to helping clients feel confident, supported, and empowered to manage their health.
Andrea holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Nursing – Critical Care, a Postgraduate Certificate in Diabetes Education, and is a Credentialed Diabetes Educator.

Meagan Watson
Team Leader - Administration
Meagan has over 22 years of experience in healthcare administration, having worked across general practice clinics, specialist private rooms, aged care, and now community health.
She has been with Each for over 11 years and currently leads the Chronic and Complex Care Administration team.

San Buan Sing
Team Leader - Administration officer
San is an administration officer at the Virtual Women’s Health Clinic, passionate about creating a welcoming experience for women accessing care.
San studied a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Deakin University, holds qualifications in administration and pathology collection, and is now continuing her education in paramedicine.
