headspace provides a range of youth friendly health professionals who can help young people with general health, mental health and counselling, education, employment and other services, alcohol and other drug services.

headspace is based at 4 locations: headspace Dandenong, headspace Knox, headspace Narre Warren and headspace Port Macquarie.

headspace Dandenong:

headspace Dandenong has a range of staff who are ready to help when young people are going through a tough time. We also have a range of private allied health providers available to see clients who have a mental health treatment plan. Our private allied health providers specialize in a number of areas.

headspace Knox:

We are a team of friendly workers who specialise in youth wellbeing. We can discuss and help with any issues from mental health issues to sexual health and contraception, educational support and drug and alcohol counselling. Or, you can just drop in to hang out with us at our friendly social group on Friday afternoons!

headspace Narre Warren:

headspace Narre Warren has a range of staff who are ready to help when young people are going through a tough time. We also have a range of private allied health providers available to see clients who have a mental health treatment plan. Our private allied health providers specialize in a number of areas.

headpsace Port Macquarie:

headspace Port Macquarie has a range of staff who are ready to help when young people are going through a tough time. We have social activities and therapeutic groups for young people, as well as staff to provide one on one support. We also have a range of private allied health providers available to see clients who have a mental health treatment plan. 

This program offers:

  • General health services (youth friendly, free Doctors)

  • Counselling Services

  • Alcohol and Other Drug Services

  • Mental Health Support

  • Vocational, Education & Training Support

Who can access this program?

Open for young people aged 12 – 25 years
headspace can help if young people are
Are feeling down, stressed or can’t stop worrying
Don’t feel like yourself anymore
Can’t deal with school/uni/work or are finding it difficult to concentrate
Are feeling sick or worried about your health
Have questions about, or want to cut down on alcohol or other drug use
Want to talk about sexuality, gender identity or relationships
Are having difficulties with your family or friends
Have sexual health issues or want information about contraception
Are being bullied, hurt or harassed
Are worried about work or study or if you’re having money trouble
Need someone to talk to

headspace Dandenong (VIC) can be accessed Mondays (9:30 to 4:30pm) Tuesday to Friday (10:00am to 6:00pm) and Saturdays (9:30am to 2:30pm fortnightly)

headspace Knox (VIC)‚Äč can be accessed Monday to Wednesday (9:00am to 6:00pm) Thursday (9:00am to 8:00pm) Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm)

headspace Narre Warren (VIC) can be accessed Mondays (9:30am to 4:30pm) Tuesday to Friday (10:00am to 6:00pm) and Saturday (9:30am to 2:30pm fortnightly)

headspace Port Macquarie (NSW) can be accessed Monday (Noon to 5.00pm) Tuesday to Thursday (8.30am to 6.00pm) Friday (9.00am to 2.00pm)
