headspace Eastern Shore offers support through two programs: - headspace Primary Service, which provides mild to moderate support for young people aged 12–25. - Early Psychosis Service, for young people aged 15–25 who are experiencing psychotic phenomena for the first time.

headspace Eastern Shore is here to support your mental health and wellbeing through a holistic, person-centred approach. We offer support that is tailored to your unique needs.

  • physical and sexual health support and education
  • alcohol and other drug support and education
  • work and study support and education
